How a Coach
can help
A coach can take you from where you are now to where you really
want to be, through a series of 12 Sessions (optional). These sessions
are conducted with the support of an accredited Life Coach, who
is totally committed to encourage you to take action, in order to
achieve your goals.
A coach will
assist you design out a strategy of how you are going to achieve
your goals and then, helps you work through each step every week,
bringing you closer to your goals. A coach can assist you deal with
any roadblocks and challenges you encounter along the way. They
can help you replace bad habits that don't serve you, with new good
habits.
